Filter teardowns
Cartridge and DE filter teardowns: elements pulled, degreased, inspected, and reassembled with new o-ring lube.

New plaster
Remodel prep & startup
Drain supervision before resurfacing, then the 28-day startup: daily brushing schedule and staged chemistry for fresh plaster.

Calcium line removal
Acid wash & tile cleaning
Drained acid wash for stained plaster and bead blasting for the calcium ring on waterline tile.
How the weekly route works
Every pool on the route gets the same visit, in the same order, on the same weekday. The tech tests free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and conditioner before touching anything, so dosing is based on numbers, not guesswork.

- Photo of the pool sent before the tech leaves the gate
- Flat monthly price with chemicals included, 30 days notice to cancel
Summer routes start at 6am so pools are serviced before the afternoon heat. During monsoon season we add a debris pass after storm days at no extra charge.
